Wine Tasting
Maribor lies in one of the winegrowing regions of Slovenia and has a long tradition in this field. One of the largest wine cellars in Central Europe is situated in the very centre of Maribor. Wine tasting will take place in this cellar on the first evening of the conference (Thursday).
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be organized in one of the traditional local restaurants on the second evening of the conference (Friday).
Conference Excursion
On the closing day of the conference (Saturday), a half-day excursion to Ptuj will be organized.
Ptuj is a thousand-year-old town situated on the banks of the river Drava about 25 kilometres south-east of Maribor. It is rich in history and tradition and offers various ways of spending quality time not just sightseeing, but also in relaxation and entertainment.
